Finally received my purchase! I didn't get the tracking info within the time frame that's mentioned in their shipping details. I had to contact them to ask where is the tracking information, then it seemed like forever for the tracking number to update which made me a little impatient. BUT all in all the purse is beautiful and looks just like the image. This was my second time purchasing from LuxRack and both items were satisfactory. My advice is to have patience:)
