    DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING? top

    Express shipping is not available at this time due to customs check issues with all express packages.  We hope to incorporate express shipping in the future.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? top

    Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number and an order tracking link, in 7-9 business days.  Use this link to track your order, as it will be the most up to date information.  One of our complimentary services is keeping a close eye on your order movement.  Rest assured, we are monitoring your package, and guarantee its arrival to your doorstep!

    Online Tracking will not update regularly.  For information pending the online update, i.e. (package location, delivery dates, movement etc.), contact USPS directly at (800) 275-8777.  For international packages, please contact your country's postal service.

     

     

    I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY TRACKING EMAIL? top

    Tracking Emails are sent in 7-9 business days.  Customers are signed up for package updates once your tracking registers online.  If you haven't received your tracking email, your package is taking more time than usual to register online by the post office.  Our staff will send your tracking email once it registers, even if you are emailed after our shipping time-frame, your package is on the way.

    TRACKING ISSUES top

    All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse, and may not show online until it has been scanned in the U.S., by the United States Postal Service.  

    These tracking terms are normal behavior for all shipments:

    'Pre-shipment Info Sent' means, that your order has arrived in the United States, and is currently at a USPS facility awaiting scanning and delivery, which will be soon.  

    'Label created, not yet in System' means, that your order is currently in transit by the local international postal service

    Rest assured your package in in good hands, and will arrive to your location.
