    Shipping within the U.S. is FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME!

    Shipping outside of the U.S. is Flat Rate $9.99 per order! 

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? top

    All orders are shipped in approximately 7-9 business days.  We receive and process a large amount of orders daily, and we require this time is efficiently process, pack, and drop off your luxury item (s) to the post office.  Once completed, an email is sent to notify you of your shipment tracking and website to track.  

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? top

    Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number and an order tracking link.  Use this link to track your order, as it will be the most up to date information.  One of our complimentary services is keeping a close eye on your order movement.  Rest assured, we are monitoring your package, and guarantee its arrival to your doorstep!

    LUX RACK ® is based in Los Angeles, California.  All orders are delivered in approximately 12-15 business days 
    from shipment/email sent.

     International orders are delivered in 15-20 business days from shipment!  Multiple items are shipped separately.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING (Not available on all items) top

    This option is only available on specific items for $29 per-item.  Customers can check this
    option during checkout, upon which our staff will verify if available for your luxury item or items. 

    Customers are only charged, if this option is selected, and if express shipment is available for your item or items.  Express orders are delivered in approximately 5-7 business days from shipment.

    TRACKING ISSUES top

    All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse, and may not show online until it has been scanned in the U.S., by the United States Postal Service.  

    These tracking terms are normal behavior for all shipments:

    'Pre-shipment Info Sent' means, that your order has arrived in the United States, and is currently at a USPS facility awaiting scanning and delivery, which will be soon.  

    'Label created, not yet in System' means, that your order is currently in transit by the local international postal service

    Rest assured your package in in good hands, and will arrive to your location.

    Packages are picked up by our staff in 5 business days.  Funds are deposited within 7-10 business days after processing, as required by 
    banks for a funds transfer.  An email confirmation will then be sent to you with your refund information and details.
