THE ARTOIS WEEKEND TOTE

 

The Artois weekend tote is now available in a new larger size ideal for city breaks and weekend getaways.

 

The Artois bag combines elegant simplicity with the urban tote style of its forebearers, adapting it to a new larger model.

 

A genuine unisex travel bag, the Artois large enough to carry everything needed for a short trip, and is designed to be strong enough to accommodate the weight it can hold, with its wider strap ends, each with the 7 reinforced hand-stitches.

 

The leather handles, which are longer than those on the tote versions, mean that the bag can be carried easily and comfortably on the shoulder. The ingenious graduated widening of the strap is a detail that is typical of the Goyard workshops, as are the overstitched leather patches that protect the corners against abrasion.

 

The fastening, which combines a double zipper slider, small padlock (a reference to the classic Goyard trunks) and two retaining tabs, guarantees optimal security.

 

Functional and easy to wear, the Artois nevertheless demonstrates a certain refined elegance and retains its purity of shape, thanks to the special “maintenue” or stronger Goyardine canvas used.

 

Its dimensions make it the ideal cabin bag for the airplane.
